Once you have placed your order, you are required to make a 20% deposit to confirm the order. Payment method is via PayNow to our UEN (53370199J). The payment will be verified in 1-2 working days and a confirmation e-mail with the design template will be emailed to you. Your order will be automatically cancelled if no deposit is received within 24 hours. The balance payment is to be made on the day of delivery after the favors have been received.

Yes, definitely! Once your order is confirmed, we will email you our design form link. You will get to pick your preferred wreaths (2 choices) and typefaces (2 choices) together with your names/text/etc. We will prepare the artwork drafts (4 different designs) for you to review and select. The design will be emailed to you for confirmation prior to mass printing. Alternatively, you can email us your invitation card (high resolution) for us to convert into tags and labels or your personal artwork for us to mass print. Image references/inspirations are also welcomed for us to have better visual understanding of your design direction.

You will get to specify your choice of finishing in the design form link that will be emailed to you once you have confirmed your order with us.

Once assembled, the favors are also bulky and heavy. We take due care and diligence in packing the favors to ensure it reaches you in the best of condition.

Yes! We can deliver straight to the venue one day prior to the event day. You do not need to be physically present but we will need details of the receiver (e.g wedding planner, restaurant manager etc). For banquets / hotel deliveries, we can drop off favors at concierge.

Favors are non-refundable. Customers are required to check their favors upon delivery and update us within 24 hours if there is any damages.
